Products, Payment, and Pricing

We operate in good faith regarding our products’ quality and pricing. Our goal is to provide both quality and affordability for all items. Product information will be found in all item descriptions. If you have any questions about a product or would like custom products, designs in additional types of products, or information about bulk production and sales, please contact us using the form at the bottom of the page.

All purchases include free shipping in the United States. Tax will be collected as applicable.

Mix and Match Store-wide Discount: Items do not have to match. Purchase any two items, save 10% on your order. Purchase any three, save 15%. Buy five or more, save 20%. This discount has no limits and will be applied automatically.

Shipping and Delivery

Purchasing any item includes implied consent for accepting our shipping times and policies.

Shipping information for every item is variable and can be found in the product description. Shipping and production times for any item are honest estimates but not guarantees. We may, on occasion, issue partial refunds when excessive shipping times occur but do not promise this for any item. If you are concerned about the production, shipping, or delivery times for your order, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.

Shipping within the United States is always included in the item’s price.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or losses. Please contact us if you are concerned about your order. Lost items will be replaced or refunded.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We can’t guarantee all cancellations, unfortunately, but will do our best to assist.

Returns and Refunds

In general, returns are accepted at buyer’s expense. You must contact us with intent to and reason of return within two business days of receipt, which will be judged by tracking time stamp.

If an item is returned in poor condition or damaged due to insufficient packing precautions, we reserve the right to reduce or refuse the full refund. If a return is not shipped to us within three business days from agreement to return, we reserve the right to withhold or reduce the refund amount.

As initial shipping is free, we will not reimburse for the return shipping.

Refunds will be issued within two business days of receipt of returned item.

If your order arrives to you and is damaged or defective, contact us within two business days of receipt. Full refunds for damages or defects are often issued without the necessity and expense of a return. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.

We genuinely want you to be happy with your order. Let us know if you are not. We will work with you to satisfy your complaint. Partial and full refunds without a return will be offered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are dissatisfied with your order.

In general, please double-check your order before placing. In most cases, we can’t offer refunds for mistaken size, color, or style. Again, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to work with you for your satisfaction.
